Decided to put down my phone for a moment on break and to my surprise someone actually waved, smiled and commented on the weather. Yes, it's small talk, but better than no talk...Maybe I'll come stand out here every break and see how many people smile at me if my head is not buried in my phone...but if every single person comments on the weather I might reconsider.
